free upgrade nice view ant problem floor ants
i got a free upgrade upon arrival and the room had a nice view.
The cleanliness was NOT quite what i expected. I discovered a few ants marching across the floor. it was a bit much for the price i paid.

I found a great gym with modern equipment. It includes several treadmills. The pool area featured many loungers. It provides shaded areas for relaxation.
The staff seemed too busy. They were often difficult to find when I needed assistance.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
limited options constant noise
The breakfast was honestly a letdown. i expected much more, especially from a hotel claiming a high standard. the options felt limited, and the quality wasn't great. It reminded me of something you'd find at a much lower-rated place. also, the noise was a constant issue. Loud music from the pool blasted throughout the day. it was impossible to fully relax, even in my room.

amazing experience
indoor slippers great recommendations
the room had all the amenities i needed from robes to indoor slippers i also appreciated the reception answering any questions i had and ensuring my comfort the hospitality was really good everyone was respectful and spoke english very well. kejsi at the reception provided great recommendations for local restaurants and arranged transportation for me her help.
the breakfast options were disappointing compared to other hotels i visited in albania the variety was limited and getting certain items required ordering from waiters who were not always available also getting pancakes took a long time.

the receptionist was cute upon arrival i noted the staff's willingness to assist in all sectors of the hotel they displayed strong support and the management demonstrated excellent organizational skills.

the hotel's setting on the mountain offered amazing views i liked the indoor pool a lot the cleanliness throughout the resort was very noticeable and the staff provided very attentive service.

i traveled here recently. the room had robes and indoor slippers. the staff answered all questions. kejsi at reception helped with restaurant recommendations and transportation! i appreciate her hospitality.
the breakfast options were quite limited, i expected more variety for a hotel of this size.

its pristine waters were very inviting. the indoor pool offered a great alternative! i found the gym well equipped for my workout needs.
The breakfast options were a little limited. More variety would've been nice.
